PERSONAL TRAINING

Having a personal trainer is the most effective way to achieve the results you are looking for. Your trainer will design your program specific to your body, your goals, and your experience level. Our job is to encourage and support you, as well as hold you accountable to the promises you have made to yourself.

 We offer both semi-private and one-on-one sessions. 

Semi-private sessions are our most popular option, providing both the guidance and accountability of working with a coach and the camaraderie of working alongside people just like you; all with a lower price tag than one-on-one sessions. 

Semi-private training (60 minutes)

4 partners- $30 each

3 partners- $35 each

2 partners- $40 each

All Semi-Private Sessions are 60 minutes and can be shared with up to 4 people. These sessions are also scheduled directly with your coach and your partners after your initial consultation session.

Private training

60 minutes- $75

45 minutes- $55

30 minutes- $40

Private sessions are scheduled directly with your coach after your initial consultation session.
