About the Event

Join us as we hear from family sleep and stress management coach, Jenna Marion of REMedy Sleep. Jenna is a certified sleep pediatric and adult sleep consultant and mom of three boys living in Westbrook. During her presentation, we’ll learn why sleep is so important to muscle recovery and growth as well as HOW to get quality sleep and combat

insomnia. Jenna will unveil her top five secrets to better sleep, how to incorporate mindfulness tools into your morning and evening routines (even if you have kids running around!) and what exactly to do and not to do if you struggle with anxiety-filled middle of the night wakeups. 

To keep everyone motivated and accountable, she’ll be conducting a 5-day sleep challenge so you can put her tools, strategies and recommendations into practice to help you feel rested, restored and refreshed every day.

BONUS: Jenna will be available after the workshop to take questions from those struggling with their infant or toddler’s sleep habits!
