You’ve heard this all before but where to begin?

You could join a gym and try to figure it out on your own but that can be

intimidating and confusing.  

 

Our personal strength-training sessions are designed to meet you wherever

you are in your fitness journey and help you develop strength and confidence

in barbell-based strength training.

 

You'll learn the fundamentals of proper form, gain strength, improve your mobility

and above all, increase your self-confidence in the gym all in a supportive and

judgement-free environment. 

 

Beginners are welcome!
