You’ve heard this all before but where to begin?
You could join a gym and try to figure it out on your own but that can be intimidating and confusing.
Our semi-private sessions are intimate--never more than eight people--and our friendly coaches are focused on meeting you wherever you are on your fitness journey and helping you get to the next level.
You'll learn the fundamentals of proper form, gain strength, improve your mobility and above all, increase your self-confidence in the gym all in a supportive and judgement-free environment.
Beginners are welcome!
Whether you're an early riser or someone who likes to work out at the end of your workday, we have sessions available at all times to accommodate your busy schedule. (We even have mid-day sessions available if you can sneak out of work!)
One-on-one and semi-private coaching available.
In our one hour coach-guided strength training workouts you will be taken through a series of the basic barbell lifts (bench, squat, deadlift--depending on the day) as well as complementary exercises for a complete strength-building workout.

Iron Legion Strength Co. is a coaching gym, where everyone is working with a coach in some capacity. We offer strength coaching and personal training in one-on-one and semi-private (8 people or less) settings. In order to allow our coaches to focus solely on our clients, we do not offer open gym memberships.
