Introducing the MEN'S LIFT program at IRON LEGION STRENGTH CO.
In our one hour coach-guided strength training workouts you will be taken through a series of the basic
barbell lifts (bench, squat, deadlift--depending on the day) as well as complementary exercises for a
complete muscle and strength-building workout.
Our semi-private sessions are small, never more than six people, and our friendly coaches are
focused on meeting you wherever you are on your fitness journey and helping you get to the next level.
You'll learn the fundamentals of proper form, gain strength, improve your mobility and above all,
increase your self-confidence in the gym all in a supportive and judgement-free environment.
Time-tested and battle proven techniques to get stronger, leaner and healthier.
All in a very cool private gym with a supportive environment of like-minded
men and coaches.
Beginners are welcome!

We offer strength coaching and personal training in one-on-one and semi-private (8 people or less) settings. In order to allow our coaches to focus solely on our clients, we do not offer open gym memberships.
