

LIFT & TRAIN
Small group training offers all of the benefits of personal training, the guidance and direction of a caring and knowledgeable coach, along with a lower price and the additional support of a community of like-minded people to workout alongside you.
LIFT and INTRO TO LIFT are traditional strength-training based and TRAIN is conditioning focused.
These small group sessions cost $20 per session and can be registered for on the MindBody app after a consultation with a coach.
Fit for Duty is a monthly membership that includes small group training. This is offered to all local first responders and admin staff of any ability levels.
The membership is $40 per month and can be registered for on the MindBody app after a consultation with a coach.
