

Introducing LIFT & TRAIN
Our Coach-led group training is officially back. Small group training is a fantastic way to blend personal training and private coaching with a group of awesome accountability partners!
Offering our traditional strength training programming with Group LIFT and our new and improved conditioning class, Group TRAIN. We also offer a brand new INTRO to STRENGTH Group if you are looking for a cost-effective way to introduce yourself to strength training. These groups cost $20 per session and can be registered for on the MindBody app after a consultation with a coach.
Fit for Duty is a monthly membership that includes group training. This is offered to all local first responders and admin staff of any ability levels. The membership is $40 per month and can be registered for on the MindBody app after a consultation with a coach.
